The 2027 UAG Conference will take place February 22-27, 2027, in Riviera Maya (Cancun), Mexico.

The conference will be held at the Event Center located within the Hilton and Waldorf Astoria resort complex.

The Cancun International Airport (CUN).

Yes! UAG members can choose to stay at either the Hilton or the Waldorf Astoria. The two properties are connected by a short walk, making it easy to move between the hotels and the Event Center.

The Hilton is the primary property and all events are at the Hilton.

Please note that Waldorf Astoria availability is extremely limited and reserved for UAG member attendees.

Hotel selection is built directly into the conference registration process, so there’s no separate hotel booking process.

During registration, you’ll select either the Hilton or Waldorf Astoria and have the option to request available room upgrades.

UAG is the sole booking partner for hotel accommodations at both the Hilton and Waldorf Astoria. All hotel reservations must be made through the UAG conference registration site as part of the registration process.

Once registration is complete, your registration confirmation email serves as your confirmation that your hotel reservation has been secured. Your reservation will be included on UAG’s official hotel rooming list, so there is no need to make a separate reservation directly with the hotel.

No. Members and vendors cannot use individual hotel loyalty points to cover their conference hotel accommodations.

UAG’s hotel rates were specifically negotiated as part of our group agreement, so all attendees must book their hotel accommodations through the UAG conference registration site. Individual hotel loyalty accounts and points cannot be applied to these reservations.

Your ARP funds are available to help offset the conference-related expenses, including eligible hotel costs. This allows attendees to take advantage of their UAG benefits while keeping all conference accommodations within UAG’s negotiated group rates.

The Hilton is an all-inclusive property, and UAG members staying at the Waldorf Astoria will also have access to the Hilton's all-inclusive amenities and dining options.

If you choose to dine or drink at the Waldorf Astoria, those charges will be billed separately.

Yes! UAG is organizing airport transportation to and from the resort. For scheduling purposes, we ask attendees to arrive on Monday, February 22 and depart on Saturday, February 27.

You will provide your flight itinerary during the registration process. To be eligible for the group transportation, please plan your travel according to these arrival and departure guidelines.

No worries, you can still register without providing your flight details. However, in order to be included in the airport transportation, you will need to provide your itinerary to UAG.

As soon as you have your flights booked, please email the details to events@unitedaquagroup.com.

The conference registration invitation is sent to the business owner listed in UAG's database.

Once registered, the business owner can request that an invitation be sent to another person from their company to register as a member, or they may register someone as their guest.

If the business owner is unable to attend the conference, they must email events@unitedaquagroup.com with written confirmation of who from their company should receive the registration invitation instead.

Anyone attending education sessions, the General Session, or participating in the conference on behalf of the business should register as a Member.

The Guest registration type is intended for someone accompanying a member who does not plan to participate in the Trade Show, the General Session, or other required member sessions. For example, a spouse or companion who will primarily enjoy the resort and leisure activities can register as a Guest.

Yes, if you need to make changes to your registration after submitting the form, please email events@unitedaquagroup.com for assistance.

For questions or changes specifically related to your hotel reservation, please contact helene.falgia@unitedaquagroup.com.

Yes. Attendance at the Annual Conference is part of the UAG Member Agreement. Members are expected to attend the annual conference, including the General Sessions (previously called the Shareholder's Meeting) and the Trade Show.

But this is more than simply a requirement. It's one of the most valuable opportunities each year to connect with fellow members, meet with vendors, learn about important updates from UAG, and gain ideas and insights to help grow your business. And of course, we make sure there's plenty of fun to have together!

If the business owner is unable to attend, we encourage you to send a representative from your company to participate on your behalf.

Each member company receives an allotment credit from UAG to help offset the cost of attending the conference. Your allotment is based on your company's purchase volume through the UAG Store and helps account for hotel, conference, and other event related costs.

Your allotment credit and remaining balance will be clearly displayed during the registration process.

Starting in 2027, the Waldorf Astoria will be an adults-only, 18+ property.

We know many UAG members choose to bring their families to the conference. If you are traveling with children under 18, please select the Hilton for your stay.

We recommend resort casual attire throughout the conference and formal wear for the Awards of Distinction gala.

As the event gets closer, we'll share additional details if there are any themed events where you may want to plan your attire accordingly. So, make sure to pack resort wear for daytime events, along with elevated formal attire to honor your fellow members at the awards ceremony!
