Choose your conference stay at either the Hilton or the connected Waldorf Astoria. Two exceptional properties connected for one seamless conference experience.
All conference events will take place at the Hilton, and no matter which property you choose, you’ll enjoy the benefits of the all-inclusive conference experience.
UAG has secured oceanfront and ocean view accommodations at both the Hilton and Waldorf Astoria for conference attendees. While room upgrades are not available at the Waldorf Astoria, members staying at the Hilton will have the opportunity to choose from several upgraded room options during the registration process.
Waldorf Astoria accommodations are reserved exclusively for UAG member attendees due to the very limited number of rooms available. If you’d like to experience the Waldorf, we encourage you to register early to secure your room.
Please note: The Waldorf Astoria will be an adults-only, 18+ property starting January 2027. Members traveling with children must book their accommodations at the Hilton, where guests of all ages are welcome.
If you have any questions about hotel accommodations, please contact our Event Consultant Helene at Helene.Falgia@unitedaquagroup.com.
